I had the pleasure of meeting Cynthia January 2017, when she began working with my endearingly rambunctious black lab puppy, Dawson. Cynthia has continually dedicated herself to providing Dawson the highest level of care from daily walks to refining his manners. She does not just view her clients as any other dog or family. She treats my dog as if he is her own, through training, new tricks, constant communication, and investment in his well being, Cynthia as shown to be much more than a walker/trainer. I fully trust her with my little boy and am grateful for her hard work.

My dog Coconut and I found more than a dog walker/sitter when we met Cynthia; we found a friend! On the practical side Cynthia has been very easy to work with on scheduling and payment. She is flexible and always has a back up walker in case of emergency.
More importantly, Cynthia has loved my puppy as if Coconut were her own. Coconut is blind and diabetic, so needs a bit of TLC. Cynthia gives Coconut her meds with care and tons of sweet talks. She carries and snuggles Coconut like a baby, and Coconut loves it! Cynthia walks with Coconut and allows Coconut to go at her own pace to have an enjoyable experience despite her blindness. Cynthia has also stayed with Coconut while I have been on trips. So very nice to come home to a dog that has been well loved and a home that has been cleaned!

Cynthia has been a miracle worker with my lab. Stella is very protective of the house and with our recent move to Charlotte, I was worried that I'd never find a dog walker Stella would let in the house let alone allow anyone to leash her up and take her for a walk, when I was not at the house. Cynthia patiently aworked with Stella until she accepted her 100% and became excited to see her each day. Knowing that Cynthia is there for my Stella eases the stress of my new job, since I know that Stella will be well cared for when I'm away during the day. I am SO THANKFUL to have found Cynthia and grateful for her care and love for my Stella.
